Coach Lee Lamb's private training is technical and process-driven. The goal is not to memorize a fix or collect repetitions. It is to understand why the ball responds the way it does, then learn how to manipulate that response through contact point, angle, force, timing, and body position.
"The goal is to improve understanding and encourage critical thinking so athletes can evaluate a result, make a purposeful adjustment, and self-correct on the next rep."
Start with what the ball actually did. Track its path, speed, spin, height, and location before deciding what to change.
Relate the result to contact point, angle, force, timing, and body position so the athlete understands why the ball responded that way.
Test one purposeful adjustment and evaluate the next result to see what changed.
Build a repeatable process the athlete can use independently rather than waiting for the next coach cue.
Feedback is submitted by families and published only after review.
