Ways to Train at ProspectsHI

Complete Athlete Session

The Complete Athlete Session combines volleyball skill development and performance training in a 90-minute dual-court rotation. Athletes spend 45 minutes in volleyball skill work and 45 minutes in performance training, with placement guided by their assessment and coach observation.

Specialist Group Training and Performance Sessions

When listed on the live schedule, Specialist Group Training provides position-specific work for setters, hitters, and liberos. Performance sessions focus on strength, movement quality, and power development appropriate to the athlete and session plan.

Seasonal Volleyball Clinics

ProspectsHI offers seasonal programs such as Tryout Ready. Clinic dates, athlete fit, session structure, availability, and registration are posted on the current schedule and relevant program page.

Start with an Assessment

A free assessment helps the coaching team understand the athlete's current volleyball experience, movement needs, and training goals before recommending an appropriate program or schedule. Families can then choose the current option that fits their athlete and calendar.

Start with a free assessment. The coaching team evaluates the athlete's current volleyball experience, movement quality, and training goals, then recommends the appropriate program and session level. There is no obligation after the assessment.

Some experience is helpful for our CAS sessions, but the assessment determines the right entry point. CAS Standard is designed for athletes with 1-2 years of competitive club experience, while CAS Advanced is for athletes with 3+ years.

Each 90-minute session uses a dual-court rotation: one group trains volleyball skills on Court 1 while the other does performance training on Court 2, then they swap. Every athlete gets 45 minutes of each discipline with coaching staff on the floor.

Yes. Our programs are designed to complement club volleyball, not replace it. The CAS system builds individual skills and physical performance that make athletes more competitive on any club team. Scheduling is coordinated to avoid conflicts with major club programs.

ProspectsHI operates out of a 9,000 sq ft two-court volleyball facility with a dedicated 1,500 sq ft strength room in Aiea, Oahu (shared with Ka Ulukoa Volleyball Club).

Visit the Schedule page to see all available sessions and register through TeamUp. New athletes should book a free assessment first so the coaching team can recommend the right starting point.
